Archaeology of a Neighborhood: Student Photography Exhibit
Now through November 23 - - Roesch Library, second floor display cases

Archaeology of a Neighborhood, an ArtStreet-based course taught by Bob Brecha and Dennie Eagleson, is an interdisciplinary course uncovering the particular  history of the UD student neighborhood across a number of decades. The photographs are from an Early History Archive and Re-Photography assignment where students selected an image from the University of Dayton Archive or from another local source that was taken before 1930, and then re-photographed the same site.  The photographs reveal the sometimes dramatic changes that have been made on the UD campus and in downtown Dayton in the past century.
